Iryna Varagash: We successfully implemented everything that we'd planned
 "Last year was very successful for us. Our company grows, develops and steadily moves forward demonstrating new achievements and results on the market of drinking water and baby food"- said Iryna Varagash, the president of the "Econia" during the interview to "Delovoy region".
We successfully implemented everything that we'd planned. This was achieved by means of development of own distribution, plant modernization, expansion of personnel of a large family of "Econia" by professionals and talented people. This year was the new stage for us - the company implemented international quality management system ISO 9001 (which is a completely new approach to management of the company, which guarantees the new quality and new market positions on a market).
The year of 2012 showed that our trademarks are gaining even more popularity among Ukrainian consumers. Once again "Malyatko" trademark proved its leadership - it became the winner of independent rating of the best products for children and parents "HIT-2012" in nomination "Best children's water". "Akvulya" trademark has also found its customers fulfilling a social obligations - support of low-income families. Following trademarks are actively finding their new clients: "Chistyi Kliuch", "Teen Team" water for teenagers, "ChayKava" water for gourmets.
This year our company appropriately tried to bear the honorary title - the visiting card of Cherkasy region. We have worked closely with the authorities of the region and Zolotonosha city where our factory is located. We have continued to implement social projects throughout Ukraine, and just love what we do.
We have done a lot of things, but the most important - we've done everything with success due to responsible attitude of each employee to the business. And I hope that in 2013 we will build on this success by finding new opportunities for growth and self-improvement. We plan to expand into new markets, including those abroad, to please and surprise our customers with new and quality products. The main thing is to do the job with love - and thereafter we will get the best results".
