On this festive day, a short trip to the city of Radomysl was organized, to the museum of Ukrainian household icons of the 17th-20th centuries, which is part of the historical and cultural complex Radomysl Castle-Museum.
This is the first and only museum of this type in Ukraine and throughout the world. It was created by the well-known doctor and public figure Olga Bogomolets. For a long time, she collected more than 5,000 exhibits and saved them from destruction. Today, these home images from all over Ukraine can be seen in the exhibition halls of the castle.
The museum is located in the building of the former Radomyshl paper mill, which was built between 1606 and 1612 to produce paper for the printing house of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
After an interesting tour of the paper room and all the halls of the museum, a small buffet was organized in the very atmospheric fireplace hall of the castle for the celebration.
Taking this opportunity, we would like to once again congratulate our charming Irina Varagash on her last birthday and wish her good health, happiness, harmony, great mood, family comfort and family well-being.
