Our team gathered to practice overcoming crisis phenomena during the war

📖 This week, the seminar “Overcoming the consequences of post-traumatic syndrome in employees. Ways and methods. How not to lose a person, a family, a specialist. Strategic business advice on working with personnel in new realities.”

🤝 Our team together with the activists of the NGO GVT Reduit and specialists National Guard of Ukraine gathered in order to practice overcoming crisis phenomena during the war.

💪 We worked out both strategy and tactical techniques for preserving the life and health of our employees, organizing the production process under conditions of force and psychological pressure.

👌 Irina Varagash in her speech marked the main goal: “Ensuring smooth logistics of the Defense Forces of Ukraine”.

👨‍⚕️ The unsurpassed “Biker” Oleksandr Korniichuk conducted a medical psychological-magical master class on pre-medical care.

✨ Charming Darina Daria, who from the first minutes of full-scale aggression saved the souls of Kyivans, forbade thinking negatively, trying to live in new realities, looking for positive and achieve the set goal. They communicated, asked unpopular questions, looking for answers, and worked out a strategy for victory in their area of the logistics front.

👩‍🎨 On the initiative of Iryna Varagash, Darina held a charity auction in support of open air master classes in painting by Diart for wounded fighters of the National Guard of Ukraine under the program to overcome the consequences of post-traumatic syndrome in wounded defenders of Ukraine!
