First aid training was conducted right in the office

Knowledge of providing first aid at home is vital in our realities for every citizen ❤️‍🩹
All the more so now, during the war, you need to understand how to act, because the “ambulance” cannot reach the scene immediately, and in extreme conditions, the time between life and death is minutes 🚑
A cool decision of the company’s management was to conduct first aid training right in the office 🙌
📍 First, the theory – the coach explained the principles of first aid.
📍 Then they moved on to practice and learned how to help an unconscious victim.
📍 Next, they trained to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a mannequin.
📍 An important topic was – violation of the patency of the respiratory tract (partial, complete) and providing assistance.
📍 We also learned how to act in case of internal and external bleeding, emergency conditions, stroke and heart attack, heat stroke, hypothermia.
📍 We also learned how to provide assistance in a team and transport an unconscious victim on a sheet.
After the training, everyone had a desire to be even more interested and deepen the already acquired knowledge 👍
In addition, it is great to work with colleagues when you are sure that they will help you if necessary and not leave you in trouble 💪
