On June 23-24, “Econia” company hosted a business training called “Effective Team Interaction” from OLOS-Academy.

The main aspects that were worked out at the training:
🔹 diagnosis of personal resources and limitations of each participant, which are transferred to the work process, took place
🔹 optimal strategies of behavior leading to the achievement of goals are determined
🔹 analyzed the difference between a team and a team, understanding the team as a whole
🔹 played two games – one to consolidate common values, the second to unify the team and management
